Because attorney availability and other factors can change quickly, quotes expire after 30 minutes. If your quote expires before you complete booking, you can request a new one. When you do, SmartMatch runs again with the latest availability data. This means your new quote may be a different price than the original — because a different attorney may now be the best available match.

If you see a different price when requesting a new quote, it is because SmartMatch found a different best-available attorney since your last quote. This can happen when the original attorney's availability changed, a new attorney became available, or capacity shifted in the network. The new quote reflects the current best match for your case.
