How it started

OTR launched in 2015 in the greater Seattle area with just 12 traffic ticket attorneys. The service was an immediate hit. Soon, other attorneys across Washington started reaching out to join the network.

We vetted each one carefully. When they met our standards, they joined. Before long, OTR was available across all of Washington state.

Then attorneys in other states took notice. Firms around the country began reaching out, interested in the OTR model. We followed the same vetting process every time and only brought on firms we felt would be a strong addition to the network.

Where we are today

Since 2015, OTR has partnered with over 2,000 law firms across all 50 states. Together, we help tens of thousands of clients each month navigate the legal system, protect their driving records, and minimize the impact of serious charges.

We believe we have built the largest and most experienced network of traffic and criminal defense attorneys in the country. And that network is still growing — new attorneys and firms join OTR every week.

Every attorney is vetted

We do not accept just anyone into the network. Before a firm can join OTR, we review their background, experience, licensing, and track record. Only firms that meet our standards are brought on board.

We monitor performance — constantly

Getting into the network is just the beginning. We track the performance of every partner firm and attorney on an ongoing basis. Here is what we look at:
