You can easily reset your password from our website or from our mobile apps.
Reset your password from our website:
1. Go to our homepage: https://offtherecord.com
2. Click on "Login" in the top right corner
Tip: If you are on a mobile device (or a smaller screen) and you don't see the "Login" link, click on the menu icon first.
3. Click on "Forgot your password?"
4. Enter the email address you used to sign up and click "Recover Account"
5. In a separate browser window, check your email. You should have received an email with a password reset token.
6. Copy the password reset token you received
7. Go back to our website and paste the token in the form field and click "Verify Code"
8. Choose a new password and type it in both form fields.
9. Then click "Submit".
Reset your password from our IOS/Android app:
1. If you don't already have the Off The Record app, please download it from your app store:
2. Launch the app, enter your email address, and click "Continue"
3. Click on "Forgot your password?"
4. Click on "Request Code"
5. In a separate browser window, check your email. You should receive an email with a password reset code.
6. Enter the password reset code you received in the app
7. Click "Verify"
8. Type in your new password and click "Update Password"
